Content

Since high number of papers expected for review, each paper must clearly and concisely outline the material proposed for presentation. Include in your paper as full text, only the relevant information that the scientific programme committee would easily comprehend the scope of work, determines its relevance, and assign to an appropriate platform (oral) or poster slot. Specify the content(s) addressed and the scale of the project (laboratory, pilot or filed); identify the technology or combination of technologies being studied. Modelling papers are expected to show significance for and success in field applications. Case studies with novel approaches are especially desired.

Format

Each paper should include an abstract, an introduction, material and methods, results, conclusions and reference. Papers must be in English and cannot exceed 8 pages. Do not try to submit attachment, slides or any reference materials with the papers. Use standard abbreviations and symbols. Keep abbreviations to a minimum and define each one when it is used for the first time. Indicate your preference for an oral (=platform) presentation or poster. Proofread the typed paper carefully: no changes or substitutions will be accepted later.

Submission / Verification

Receipt of the papers will be acknowledged by e-mail with ten business days. If you have not received an acknowledgment of your paper with ten business days, please follow up to verify that the paper was received. Papers must be submitted online. Do not send faxes or backup copies. After July 02, 2009 a letter stating the Committee's decision on each paper will be mailed to the corresponding/presenting author. If the paper is accepted, this letter will state the oral or poster session to which the paper has been assigned and provide information on preparing the presentation.
