Each participant must register including invited speakers.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

Any registration modifications and/or cancellations must be sent in writing to CMS Congress Management Systems Co. Ltd. For administrative reasons, refunds will be processed after the Congress. The following refund rates apply for registrations;

Cancellation of registration, accommodation and transfer will be accepted until September 20, 2009 up to which date the registration fee, accommodation and transfer fee will be refunded in full. However 30% will be deducted for administrative expenses. Between September 20, 2009 and October 30, 2009 the registration fee, accommodation and transfer fee will be refunded, however 55% will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations received after October 30, 2009 the registration fee, accommodation and transfer fee will become non-refundable.
